Violinist, Dr. Tiara Roberts
Tiara began playing professionally at age 10 in her grandfather's church. She was concert master and studied the violin under a New York Philharmonic violinist. By 17, she was in a professional symphony and ensembles. Over the years, she has played with Karen Carpenter, Chet Atkins, Phyllis Diller, Jascha Heifetz and other notable musicians.
She has been a solo violinist for years playing weddings in chapels, cathedrals, churches and gardens.
She plays for various events at country clubs, fine dining establishments, cathedrals, museums, art galleries, churches, Irish Pubs, hotels, and Billy Bobs. She has also participated in many outdoor events including festivals and the highly esteemed Fort Worth Botanical and Dallas Arboretum gardens.
The genres of music played can include classical, contemporary, pop, folk, rock, spiritual, Celtic, jazz, blues, country, original and others.
A fine old Italian violin from one of the most respected violin dealers in the world, Bein and Fushi will be played for your inside wedding or event. A lovely German violin with inlaid pearl back (above) with Lion Head scroll will be played for outside events. The pleasing tones from these instruments are delightful for even the most sophisticated listener.
