Live music will be provided by Dr. Roberts and associates. Musician/s agree to have instruments and equipment for event at date and time agreed. Musician/s agree to set up and tune up at no additional charge. Dr. Roberts and associates will  play with other musicians  only previously agreed upon i.e. vocalists. 

Dates and times are reserved with a deposit on a first come first serve basis. A letter or email will be sent to the client confirming the date and time upon receipt of deposit. 

Balance required at time of event, If cancellation either by client or musician because of emergency, deposit will be returned. Deposit is forfeited if client changes the time, date or location for a non-emergency reason.

By sending Dr. Roberts a deposit it will be understood that client has read and agreed to the above terms.
